Reliability of the cameras needs to be improved, and I would like to see more things for the dogs to interact with inside the rooms.

My dogs and I are greeted warmly upon arrival by the same consistent employees. The facility is notably clean, well maintained and smells pleasant. My dog also appreciates the enrichment opportunities and treats.
