Friendly and effective customer service + they love my dog and my dog loves them!

Good friendly service. The nice gentleman who trimmed max’s nails cut them nice and short. And max emerged happy.

Thus far fantastic customer service and support. Staffa and management are very attentive to detail and the well being of your dogs.

Very friendly, professional and courteous. I used Dogtopia – Bethesda for day care while attending a family Christmas Party at Congressional Country Club. Mikal was very sweet to my 15 year old Schnoodle Allie. The facility was clean and the staff very nice.

My dog is always so excited to go. She loves all the staff which foe her is rare she’s not a huge people dog, bit she always wants to say hi to everyone one there which makes me so happy. She clearly feels safe and secure there. She always come home tired from her days, which is great because she has a lot of energy.

The staff is friendly and clearly likes my dog. I feel safe bringing him here even though he is small, because all of the playrooms are monitored and I can see him during the day over webcam. It’s also cool how they offer discounts on grooming services and have picture days. Finally and most importantly, my dog absolutely loves it!

Mikhail is wonderful to work with as I was traveling from New York with my pet.
