Dogs are pack animals, which is why we prioritize open play. Our facility was specially designed to ensure the safety of our canine guests, and our dogs are organized via playrooms according to their size, personality, and owner preferences.
We realize how important your dog’s safety is. That is why each of our playrooms is fully supervised by our highly trained team. Our team receives training on how to read even the most subtle dog body language, and is certified in Pet First Aid and CPR through The Humane Society of America’s Disaster Animal Response Team. You can rest easy knowing you’re leaving your furbaby in very capable hands!
Our boarding dogs follow a regular routine, which helps prevent anxiety issues. After waking up at 6 am and having a potty break, all the boarders get breakfast, and then it’s back to rest for an hour to allow for digestion time. At 7am they come out to play with their daycare friends until noon. Naptime is noon to 2pm, and then it’s back out again for more playtime until 7pm. Dinner is served at 7pm, and the dogs rest for an hour, just like in the morning. Everybody gets to come back out to have a final potty break and stretch their legs with their friends before being tucked into bed for the night.
For your dog’s comfort and safety, we require that prior to boarding, they attend at least two daycare days following their Meet & Greet. This will allow your pup to become familiar with the smells and sounds of our facility and make some friends with our daycare dogs. Preparing your pup for their overnight stay is an important part of creating an enjoyable experience for them and our other dogs!
We will not charge extra for feeding, administering any medication your dog may be on, or even a little bit of TLC if they’re nervous about being away from you.
You can alleviate any separation anxiety you may be feeling by checking in on your pup while you’re away with our high-definition playroom webcams, which are accessible throughout the day via desktop or mobile.
