Everyone is very friendly and I can tell they all love animals. When I make a request for services I am always answered promptly. I know my dog enjoys it there or she would not want me to leave her. Excellent staff!
I like the smaller rooms and the staff seem to care about the animals. The special celebrations are very fun and engaging as well.

It is convenient and always about making pet care efficient and fun and welcoming part of the day. It feels safe and the staff is extremely loving to all animals and have great customer service. Price is still expensive to me but seems in line with industry so I budget to make 1 day a week work because I know Mowgli loves it and is tired for a whole day.

I understand your philanthropic goals but I don’t like being asked for donations so often. Either have the events and make it a more subtle opt in so I don’t feel like I’m getting asked for money multiple times per week or else make less events. I feel like I have an expensive service that I’m paying for (and happy to do so) but feel like I continue to have more money being paid each week beyond that or else I feel bad for continuing to say no.
The groomer is great – so willing to listen and do what we request. She does a really good job with a specialty cut.

We will be opening in July and proudly serving the pet parents of Minneapolis, Bloomington, Edina, Eden Prairie and the surrounding areas. We are located southwest of Minneapolis, near the 494 and 100 intersection off of Normandale Blvd and W. 84th street. We are in the same parking lot as Poor Richard’s and Bloomington Lifetime Fitness.
