Very friendly staff. I feel that my precious baby was well taken care of even though it was very stressful for her.
So far everything. My only issue is that the pricing in the facility is not the same as it is online. Please update your website.
Roscoe is always happy when I pick him up and exhausted from playing. I like that I can see him in camera sometimes.
The staff
Everything, from Lauren the receptionist and front girl to every staff member that I have met. They are very professional, understanding of my pet’s needs and caring.
I’m happy to have found Dogtopia which is slowly becoming our Piccolina’s home away from home
camera system not working well often. also maybe 2 more camera angles for the play areas..
Very professional and nurturing. They made me feel at ease on first day.
We liked the report card and then watching videos throughout the day.
