Friendly, dog loving staff.
This is the first place my dog has felt comfortable enough to interact with the staff & other dogs.
Awesome staff! Everyone is so friendly and they are always so cheerful to see Milly. It’s so hard to leave my pooch behind, but it’s a little easier when I leave her with people that are her friends. Thank you for taking such good care of her!

Kelly is an older dog and can be very shy around people at first. When we picked him up Thursday afternoon he was greeting other people entering the building. Totally Mr Chill. Thank you for taking such good care of him.
The staff is amazing!
The staff seem very kind and my dog seems happy to be there. The video cameras are a little wonky, but other than that – everything seems great. My dog comes home happy and hungry.
Communication with staff is often an issue. We have had 2 times where additional services such as a bath were requested, not completed due to timing issues (not a big deal) and we were told the service would be removed from the invoice, but it was not. As such I then have to call back to request the refund.
This is a minor issue when the care is great and scheduling is easy!
