Behind the scenes at our cutting-edge Doggy Daycare and overnight boarding facility, you will discover a group of passionate and devoted individuals who are more than just employees – they are the extended family of your furry friends. Meet the Team
The Goffs - Dale & Kelly, Owners
At Dogtopia of Boise-Greenbelt, we are proud to say that we are locally owned by Dale and Kelley Goff. Their journey to opening up Dogtopia started when they moved to Boise in 2018 from Seattle Washington.
Dale and Kelley knew as their children got older, they wanted to move to a small town with just as much opportunity as Seattle. Their search for a new home led them to fall in love with the Treasure Valley and move to Boise, Idaho. After 4 years of living in Boise they decided they wanted to bring the Dogtopia franchise to Garden City.
The Goff family knew that Dogtopia was the perfect business for them to open due to the ethical business practices that Dogtopia stands by. Dogtopia not only is a doggie daycare and overnight facility, but they also have a nonprofit call The Dogtopia Foundation. One of the aspects of the nonprofit that caught the attention of the Goff Family was they offer employment opportunities to adult with autism. This hit home for them because they have two adopted children from Russia, Tate and Koa. Tate now works with us at Dogtopia as a Caine Coach!
Dale is not only our proud owner but also the president of Dogtopia of Boise-Greenbelt. He helps with day-to-day operations and makes sure that his staff and pet parents are as satisfied as can be.
Sierra Silva, Pet Parent Relationship Manager
Sierra has been part of the Dogtopia family since October of 2024.
Sierra is the Pet Parent Relationship Manager here at Dogtopia. Sierra’s passion for animals has been lifelong.
Her favorite thing about working at Dogtopia is being able to interact with and see all her favorite dogs every day! She owns two big dogs of her own, Mongo and Opie.
Hannah Scott, Operations Manager
Hannah has been a part of the Dogtopia family since August of 2022.
Hannah’s passion for dogs has led her to become the Operations Manager here at Dogtopia. She is in charge of making sure the day-to-day operations run smoothly and that every dog goes home happy!
She is also a proud dog mom to her Great Dane, Penelope, her “little man”, Milo, and Miss Roxy. Her favorite activity to do with her dogs is play fetch!
Mackenzie Basham, Assistant Operations Manager
Mackenzie has been a part of the Dogtopia family since April of 2023.
Mackenzie’s passion for dogs has led her to be the Assistant Operations Manager here at Dogtopia.
Mackenzie loves to do meet and greets and get to know all of the daycare dogs!
Bailey Cope, Front End Manager
Bailey has been a part of the Dogtopia family since April 2022.
Bailey is the Front End Manager here at Dogtopia. Her passion for animals has led her to work for Dogtopia since we opened!
She has an adorable pup named Milo. She loves taking Milo out to play catch and get him pup-cups.
Jennifer Knecht, Business Development and Marketing Manager
Jennifer has been a part of the Dogtopia Family since June of 2025.
Jennifer is a pet parent of three dogs; Amara, Bruno and Major. (pictured) She is also the founder of Mrs. Santa Paws Bakery, a non-profit organization that provides wholesome, high-quality dog treats for her donors and dog families in need throughout the Treasure Valley.
What she enjoys most about her role at Dogtopia is greeting existing and new pet parents and dogs, as well as collaborating with the Management Team to organize events for our Dogtopia Dogs and families.
