Excellent client services! I love how Dogtopia has so many fun things for the dogs to do which is one of the reasons I’m interested in taking my dog to Dogtopia. He did not pass his first meet & greet as he was afraid of going thru the tunnel to get to the play area. I am taking him to a dog care facility to help him overcome some of his fears. Unfortunately, they don’t have a tunnel. I’m hoping I can bring him back to Dogtopia. I’m just not sure if he will go thru the tunnel. :-(((

Well organized, caring

the customer service and that I am able to see my pet on camera. I like that I am updated via text as to status of my pet.

Clean, friendly staff, and I love the ability to see my baby through a video on the app. The transparency gives me peace of mind. Lexi and I will definitely be back!!

1. The staff. Everyone is so friendly and truly love and care for the dogs.

2. The fun events! Our fav are the photo sessions. I hope the use of real print photo paper continues on!

3. Facility is CLEAN and feels SANITARY yet safe for the pets.

Dogtopia of Upland is wonderful! My fur baby has been going for almost a year and looks forward to going. She goes 3x/week and gets social interaction, activity and lots of love. The staff are so loving and take such good care of all the animals. I also love all the special things they do for the holidays such as pictures, themed days and fun activities. I would recommend Dogtopia of Upland to anyone looking for a place for their pup to play & get lots of TLC.
