The owners, and long time Cary-Raleigh residents: Inma, Dan, and Ryan, want to treat them to the most exciting day ever! You’ll usually find at least one, if not all, of the family working at Dogtopia of Harrison Ave. We understand that your dog, like our lab Luna, is a member of the family.

Starting in early 2020, we will enrich your dog’s life with our supervised, open-play doggie daycare. They will learn valuable skills, including how to behave around humans and other dogs.
At Dogtopia, your pup will have total freedom to play and make friends in our safe, off-leash playrooms. Our facility comes with spacious, supervised playrooms in which dogs are placed according to their size, temperament and play style to ensure a safe and comfortable environment for your beloved pet. Our certified Canine Coaches are skilled in maintaining safe play and rewarding good-dog behaviors, while gently discouraging other.
We provide dog parents with half-day or full-day daycare. If your pup needs a spa day, we also offer spa services as a part of our daycare and boarding packages. When you pick up your dog at the end of the day, you’ll pick up a perfectly happy and played out pup.

STATE-OF-THE-ART FACILITY
Our brand-new facility at Dogtopia of Harrison Ave was designed using scientific research and the best available technology. In addition, our processes for keeping the facility safe and clean implements time-tested procedures from over 17 years experience across the Dogtopia network of locations.
All of our spacious indoor playrooms use climate-controlled HVAC systems to keep your pup the perfect temperature during play time and nap time. The system constantly pumps in 100% fresh air and runs this air through UV sterilization to remove airborne pathogens, molds and bacteria unlike most commercial systems found in dog daycare.
The specially-formulated compressed rubber flooring is specifically designed to aid in the long-term joint a paw health of your furry child.
We implement rigorous regimes to deep clean and sanitize the playrooms multiple times a day utilizing a biologically safe, pet-friendly cleaner.
Want to see your pup during the day? Dogtopia of Harrison Ave has webcams in every playroom so you can check in on them throughout the day (excluding naptime and overnight). Our webcams are accessible from any internet connected mobile or desktop device.
Your dog’s safety is our number one priority, which is why our Canine Coaches must complete a rigorous training, designed by a canine behaviorist, on dog body language and behavior. Our team knows how to recognize even the most subtle dog body language, and handle dogs of all sizes, breeds and temperaments.
Dogtopia of Harrison Ave has earned certification status as a Heroes for Healthy PetsTM facility. The Heroes for Healthy PetsTM Certification Program in Infectious Disease Management provides training for preventative care, including strategic vaccination, and cleaning and disinfection protocols to help maintain disease-free facilities and keep pets healthy.
The program is co-sponsored by the International Boarding and Pet Services Association, National Association of Veterinary Technicians in America, Pet Sitters International, VETgirl, and Barkleigh Productions.
