Dogtopia is the best! My Pippa runs to the door so excited to play and see her friends every time! The staff is so friendly and I know my puppy is well taken care of when she is in their care!

Friendly coaches, enrichment activities and my puppies love it there!

Love that my dog gets to play with others unleashed. I also like that they have down time to rest and recover. I only wish they were able to play outside also.

The staff are really friendly to me, and clearly care about the dogs. My first time there, my dog was hesitant to go inside and a staff member came out with treats and was super friendly and encouraging.

I also really like the little events and treat days you all have. I do feel a bit like they’re kinda expensive (i think its like $5 for a piece of bacon or something? lol) but I don’t mind spoiling my dog, and giving a bit more moneyt o dogtopia (and I think the associated charity?)

The staff is extremely communicative and always responds quickly to messages/requests, as well as communicates any issues with my dog. I love the webcam feature, so that I can check in throughout the day. I also enjoy the activities the staff does; it keeps the owners feeling involved and gives us fun pictures to share. Anytime I’ve had scheduling issues or a health issue that had to keep our dog out, Dogtopia was understanding and has kept up with any skipped weeks with no issues in payments.

All in all, they make the process simple and stress free. I can keep an eye on my dog and know she’s getting a much better day than being at home alone. The staff really cares and customer service is great!

Friendly team, convenient drop off and pick up

I like that you provide daycare, boarding and spa services; so I only have to take my pup to one place for those services. I also love how much all the staff obviously love all the dogs and how excited my dog is to arrive on the mornings I take her.

The coaches are so sweet and patient. They understand the individual needs and personalities of each dog. That means a lot to me. My dog is a bit introverted but still enjoys her days at dogtopia and I know the coaches are careful to give her attention the same as they do the gregarious dogs.

The staff is great — always a friendly greeting for me and my dog. Best of all, Max is excited to go there every time. He trots right in and never looks back.
