The team has been wonderful communicating with me about my dog and so friendly. They also were kind when one of our dogs passed recently and have been considerate to the sensitive nature of discussing him with us.
The team is amazing. Always polite and friendly. They know my dog so very well and take the best care of him. They always go the extra mile and ensure he has a wonderful day of play!
I like the people at the Dulles location. I have been bringing Tex there since I moved from Wisconsin in April, 2020.
Chewie loves going to Dogtopia. He knows it by name; school or DogTopia and once we say those 2 words, he gets very excited and starts talking. đ¶

The staff cares about the dogs. Dogtopia also does a lot of different activities with the dogs. My dog loves Dogtopia!
My dogs love the staff and going Dogtopia. I feel the Dulles location are completely competent. Without distraction, I can focus on work during the day while my dog babies have a blast with under a watchful eye. The have fun activities and provide a great opportunity for my dogs to socialize.
We have brought our dog there for a few years now and have had nothing but great experiences. This past time over the Christmas break we were watching in on the CAM as we always have done and we noticed a gentleman who was working the Gym one morning (December 28th 11am to 1130am time frame) orange shirt, who wasn’t being very friendly to the dogs. We saw our dog almost scared and witnessed 2 occasions where I felt it was excessive cruelty to a couple of dogs. The way he stomped at them and grabbed them to put into crate and just his demeanor slamming cabinet doors was unsettling for us. I always like to give people the benefit of the doubt, we all have bad days and I can imagine the holidays create more stress for everyone and then I’m sure the staff was overwhelmed but his attitude was not good and while I always give that benefit of doubt and 2nd chances, if I witness that again we will not be using you going forward. It’s difficult, I get it but we must feel as though our Dog is going to be treated properly and with love and kindness and at the very least when frustrated a break is needed. If not available then swap staff members around. Long time customer and have never witnessed this before on the CAM but wanted to make sure it was brought to attention. Otherwise the front office staff was exceptional for drop off and pick up.
