I have been a customer since December 2000. I have been pleased with the staff members and the quality of service they provide. However, since this is an honest request for improvement, I do have one. There is a male at the Charlottesville location who does not seem to have the personality for customer service – meaning very flat affect and I have witnessed his indifference in engaging with customers. I cringe when interacting with him. I feel very uncomfortable with him. He is short in his conversation (not friendly or helpful) and has a lack of eye contact when speaking with me. I chose not to say anything with Hollie due to the welfare of my dog (retaliation from this individual). You may want to remind him he is taking care of someone’s family member.
