Group of people there are lovely and professional and they’re kind to my dog even though he’s a handful.
I have been quite pleased with the customer service- everyone is friendly, attentive, and eager to welcome my pup! When I check the cameras to see how Frankie is doing I can see the staff interacting with the dogs-even trying to teach Frankie how to use the stairs and slide. I appreciate that no appointment is needed and that he’s always welcome.
