Awesome staff and very helpful at all times. I know my pup is very happy there and can’t wait to get there to see her BFF.
Kind staff, my dog seems to always have fun there
They took good care of my dog.
We love your Charlottesville location. We trust you guys so much and would like to shout to Richie, the store manager. He is wonderful, so helpful and clearly loves the animals he works with!
Great job with grooming.
Always happy to see the dog and knows its name if you’ve been there a few times.
Flexibility
I wish you had outdoor space
Dogtopia is fantastic. I feel like they are very attentive to the dogs and their needs. I also really appreciate their flexibility in terms of drop offs. My dog has been having a great time.
My pup gets so excited when we pull into the parking lot at Dogtopia. The activities and themes are fun for both the pups and their owners. I really appreciate the staff as they truly care and seem to enjoy the pups. I love watching my pup on the webcam. She’s always happy and playing.
