I have been quite pleased with the customer service- everyone is friendly, attentive, and eager to welcome my pup! When I check the cameras to see how Frankie is doing I can see the staff interacting with the dogs-even trying to teach Frankie how to use the stairs and slide. I appreciate that no appointment is needed and that he’s always welcome.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful and helped Zeus get adjusted to an environment with a bunch of new dog friends.
I may or may not have cried when I dropped my dog off… and yes, I was VERY nervous 😂 But Catherine is truly Godsent—and honestly, so is the entire staff! From the very first phone call, to the meet & greet, to my baby’s first doggie daycare day, they were incredibly informative and walked me through everything step by step.
What really got me was Catherine reassuring me through the window that my May baby would be safe with her—and then actually backing it up. I could watch them on the live stream through the app, and she was so attentive, making sure he was adjusting and feeling comfortable.
He stayed for about 2 hours (because I am extremely protective 😅), and after the first 45 minutes… GAME OVER. He was in his element—sniffing everything, poking around, attempting to climb, and jumping like he owned the place.
I will most definitely be recommending this place. Huge thank you again to Catherine and the amazing staff for taking such great care of my baby! 💛🐶
Our dog was well taken care of while we were away on vacation. The staff really work hard to make sure all the dogs are comfortable and happy!
