Everyone is super friendly and showed so much kindness to me and my dog during our time of need

The price is amazing and my dog comes home tired every time he goes. He loves it there.

The staff are incredibly good with our sweet, shy, anxious girl. She gets genuinely excited to go see “her people” on The Beach (she’s not a huge fan of the other dogs. Lol). We feel good knowing that she’s in the hands of people who truly care about pets, and also who keep the facilities clean so she stays healthy.

Friendly staff that care about my dog. Clean and safe environment for my dog to play with other dogs. I love seeing him on the live stream when I am traveling. It helps to know he is happy while I am away.

I think general cleanliness could be improved for the dogs. My dog will either come home smelling like dog waste or astringent cleaner. Also, I think a clean giardia test should probably be a requirement for enrollment at Dogtopia. Otherwise, staff are friendly, and my dog seems to have a good time while there.

Friendly staff! Our dog seems happy to be there. People I meet picking up and dropping off dogs are happy about their pet being there.
