The care and love given to my babies.
You should have given enrolled members a heads up when you were about to raise your prices so significantly. We were shocked by the charges when we just picked up our dog from boarding. Way too expensive for the level of attention dogs get.
My dog loves going there and they seem to love seeing him. They also do a good job of communicating if there is any issue and I feel comfortable leaving my dog in their care whether for a day or for boarding.
The caretakers really really like the animals. They do care about them and help them interact with each other. My dog enjoys her time there.

Everyone is always very friendly with both the humans and dogs. The staff is always flexible in helping if unforeseen circumstances arise.
I love the ease of drop off in the morning. Quick and easy. They know the dogs. Greet them with warm hugs and attention. My dog loves it at daycare.

I believe there is an opportunity to improve transparency around your visit policies. It would be incredibly helpful if the app displayed the expiration dates of packages and the remaining number of visits. This added visibility would prevent any surprises and help pet owners manage their plans more effectively.
