The friendliness and compassionate care
All of the employees are friendly and helpful. They all know my dog and always greet her with a smile. After her first overnight stay at Dogtopia, they kept be informed about her eating habits and how well she did. When I had a billing issue, they were quick to resolve the matter.
We have had such a great experience with Dogtopia! Our pup absolutely loves going and loves all the canine coaches. Her little tail wags so fast when she sees her friends (human and dog alike)! Thank you for taking such good care of our little wiggle butt!
The personal care and attention paid to my pet and the assistance the staff have given me while recuperating from surgery. I’ve used their services since March 2020 without a single complaint. Exceptional, reliable and trustworthy!!!

The staff are wonderful, and turnover seems low, which says to me that Dogtopia is a great place to work. You do it all– day care, boarding, spa services–. The staff is responsive, as well.
