I love that the staff reinforce training and know my pups so well!
Dogtopia provides great care, activities, treats, and holiday meal options. Our pup is always excited upon arrival which is a good sign he’s well taken care of while at Dogtopia.
Lower the cost, the cost has increased significantly since we started in 2021
Your attendance policy is too inflexible. Requiring a minimum of two weeks notice + paperwork for an absence is kind of over the top; it seems to me that one week’s notice would give Dogtopia plenty of time to fill the spot and keep its bottom line intact. Then, requiring that a holiday (where Dogtopia is closed – like Thanksgiving) be rescheduled, or else a charge for that holiday would be made, is just downright unfair.
I realize these policies come from corporate (I was much happier under the old ownership), and I want to stress that the Dogtopia staff is GREAT!

Since March of 2015, the family-run Dogtopia of Chester Springs has provided dog parents with a one-stop destination for dog boarding, daycare, spa services, and training.
Our daycare and boarding services are provided by a team of highly trained professionals who are dedicated to making sure that your dog has a safe and fun experience when they stay with us, whether it’s for a few hours at daycare or overnight.
We proudly serve dog parents in Chester Springs, Downingtown, Exton, Glenmore and the surrounding regions. We are also close to Eagleview, Byers Station and Marsh Creek State Park. There is plenty of parking available at our facility as well!
