Friendly staff
We really enjoyed visiting the Fairfield location on Sunday 9/24. The staff we met at the front desk were so knowledgeable and kind, we knew right away that we would be comfortable leaving our dog. We received a tour and saw how clean the facility was. Our dog came home tired and we could tell he had a great day!
It was easy to work with Dogtopia Fairfield! Once I called to set up an appointment it was easy to arrive, do the test, and have our dog approved to stay for the day. The staff were friendly and super helpful. I had tried to schedule with the Shelton location and they were not as friendly or helpful, so I’ll be going to the Fairfield one from now on!
