Friendly staff and the cameras
My dog, Augie, adores Dogtopia so much that I’ve upgraded my membership to three days a week. The staff there is incredible—always cheerful, responsive, informative, and attentive.Our experience at Dogtopia has been fantastic, and I highly recommend it to anyone.

I love that you were open on a holiday and i could drop my dog off for a couple of hours versus leaving him home for the day and feeling horrible.
When we return to Connecticut for the holidays, we will 100% use your team’s services again, and we will also try the Long Island locations!
Our dog loves going there but there are two areas that could make it even better for us. Slightly longer hours for nights with later needs and a slightly larger space since our dog is so large. Overall very happy with the experience.
