The caring staff, cleanliness, activities for the dogs.
Wonderful, friendly, and knowledgeable staff. I love the fact that they have webcams and we can see our pups to make sure everything’s going well. My dog really seems to enjoy camp!
We love to bring our dog to day care; he loves it and loves the staff. I know my dog is safe in their center. The staff is friendly nd always on top of it if the dog needs anything.
The staff is wonderful, the facilities are clean, and they seem to love my pup!
I love Dogtopia, but I am concerned when there are so many dogs. I feel like certain employees don’t even pay attention to the dogs or play with them. The cameras also don’t consistently work.
The staff is great. It’s just that even for a single day at doggie daycare, the dogs smell terrible after. It’s a combination of pee and burnt rubber. If we don’t bathe her that day, the odor lasts for days. Would be better if outdoor space was bigger. We’ve been going to Dogtopia for a few years now, so we’re happy with the service, just wish there was something to alleviate the odor.
Friendly staff. Very attentive with the dogs. Love that they can socialize and get some activity instead of staying home. Lots of offers like treats or mind games or grooming.
Better coverage at the front desk
My puppy loves going to Dogtopia to play with her puppy friends. The staff is friendly and accommodating.
Very kind and friendly staff. Ease of online booking. Safe environment for my dog
