Some staff aren’t that friendly. If my dog has had issues with another dog, nobody tells me about it. I only know because i turn the camera on and see her in the crate and ask when i pick her up. Sent her home dirty the other day, must’ve went outside which is fine but would’ve been nice to get a text about spa services.

I live that I can drop off on the spot and board my dog for days in a row if needed without necessarily having to reserve in advance and that you are open on Sundays. It is very convenient. I feel good that my dog is there playing with a lot of other dogs and that there seems to be enough staff there to take care of all of them. I do wish that they were able to get real outside time and that Dogtopia had a pickup service. I also would like to know how long my dog is out in the crate for when it’s past thei nap time because I have come to pick up my dog and noticed she may have been in the crate. Overall, I have been very happy so far.

Safety and cleanliness! The ease of using the app is a plus, when I drop Mattie off I am confident that she will receive good care. The tour showed a very clean and safe facility. I don’t worry! Hands down, Dogtopia is the best!

Friendly, attentive staff that treat each dog like their own.
We just used Dogtopia recently to board our dog over the holidays. She seemed happy and healthy when we picked her up. I like that the dogs get so much play time over there and that they are also set up for relaxation time also during the day. One of my concerns is that some of the desk staff seem new and unsure of how to handle some of the transactions. I met one member of staff of was very competent and knowledgeable, but some of the others seemed a bit lost. When we came to pick up our dog, the young man said he hadn’t fed her dinner yet and it was 7pm. I would hope that the staff feeds the dogs dinner before then? Also, our reusable plastic lid for cans was missing the they didn’t know where it was. We would definitely try them again though!
