We’re organization is by far the best dog care facility I have come across. You care for the animals and you care for the owners and you make sure it’s easy for all of us. Thank you so much we will be using your organization everywhere and especially when we come back to Norwalk!
Personnel was very friendly, explained the process in detail. Not sure if this goes to corporate but we initially dealt with Alexis in Norwalk CT. She was excellent! Very friendly to us and our dog. And again, very thorough with the process. She is exactly what customer service is all about.
