The people you have there take great care of all the dogs
Staff in the dog rooms could do more to engage with the pups. I find when I check the Toy Box cam the staff is often standing towards the door not doing much. Other times they are playing with bubbles or petting the pups which I love to see!
I have also found when checking up on my pup that he ends up in the crate quite often when he seemed to just be playing with another dog. I’ll check in after 10 min and he is still there which I’m disappointed to see if he didn’t do anything wrong (which I’ve checked with the staff upon pickup – confirmed he just got excited).
It would be nice to have more interaction and stimulation from the trainers with the doggies, besides the paid one-on-one times. And improvement to sanitation process, maybe like following up the mopping with a wipe down with disinfectant spray and papertowel-wipe please.
Everyone is friendly and helpful. They remember myself and Rocco without saying anything.
The dogs have to be fully vaccinated too!
I appreciate that they’re always understanding of my questions and concerns and they learn about my dog to provide feedback
Couple of things:
1. the staff should wear nametags so they can be addressed by name.
2. should provide an outdoor space for dogs in the nice weather

the staff is great they obviously love the dogs, they are kind and they tell me how my dog behaved druring the day. we have used the spa dor nails anditwasgreatwelovethedaily axctivities so much fun the staff definitely love their jobs
