It’s difficult to get ahold of someone directly when you call the site. I also expected to see more interaction between the staff and the dogs . The staff just walked the room with no interaction with the dogs.
Phone calls/messages should be returned. Just last week I was concerned and called numerous times and left multiple messages asking for a call back. I never received a call back. Each day I drop off my dog is a gamble as to whether it will be a good or bad day depending on the staff working.
