Friendly staff

Everyone was very helpful and nice, the facility was very clean, unfortunately my dog did not pass the meet and greet which was not unexpected by me, she has no concept of other dogs personal space, but we’re going to work on that and try again next year, but she was great with everyone who worked there.

I would love to hear if Dogtopia of Shelton is going to offer a multi-dog discount or a military discount. I understand they are not associated directly with other locations, but the 2 previous Dogtopias we have used have given at least one of the 2 discounts mentioned. Also front desk staff could be nicer/more respectful when answering questions. Don’t need to be talked to like I’m stupid.
