All employees are extremely helpful and accommodating. I like the webcams so I can keep an eye on my furry child as well.
The staff is very friendly and helpful. My dog seems to enjoy going there. I feel confident leaving her there for 12 days when I go on a cruise. It is very clean and bright. However, I am having a lot of trouble getting the web cam to load. I hope someone can help me get it before I go away.

The people are very friendly and from watching the video they are on top of cleaning up the room fast when the dogs go.
