My dog is happy there and loves the people, especially Erin, Isabelle, and Luke. I like that you have outdoor space, which doesn’t seem to be common around here. You have been flexible to accommodate my changing schedule, which I truly appreciate. You are conveniently located for me as well. The only reason I didn’t give a 10 is because there was some Facebook drama around Erin being let go. I’m sad she was fired, because she loved my dog (and vice versa), but as long as my dog is happy, safe, and loved while he is there, then I see no reason to switch.
Nice and clean, and the staff are always friendly and happy to see my pet!
I like the flexibility of drop off and pick up times. Scarlet seems excited to be there. Appears to be well cared for. I love that I can check in using the webcam.
The staff is great with Loki. He loves going to dogtopia and the take great care of him.
