The Canine Coaches are great & really care about our beloved pets. They provide support & good information. The place is clean. The services (like spa!) are convenient to schedule. They have a wonderful groomer. The covenience of location, services & hours offered. We love the special events and fun photo ops. They have safe indoor and outdoor play areas. The interaction & socialization is good for the dogs. And most of all, the dogs have fun!

Dogtopia is my pups home away from home. Not only does he love it, but I also love dogtopia so much!! The staff are absolutely phenomenal, the sweetest and most genuine people you’ll ever meet. The new manager Erin has turned this place upside down- for the better!!! There was once a point where I didn’t feel like anyone cared about me as a customer, or my dog, and I was actually looking to pull him and take him elsewhere. Then Erin came along and I and am SO grateful for her and her giant heart she has for this place and all the dogs that go to Dogtopia. They do artwork, little agility courses, parent nights, etc. I now cannot imagine having my pup go anywhere else! I could truly go on and on about this place- they are honestly like family to me. If anyone is looking for a new doggy daycare; dogtopia is it! 🙂

You care and interact with my dog as if she were my child-and I LOVE it! She’s so pampered and loved and has so much fun when she’s there.

Clean facilities, excellent employees! You can tell they really care about their customers, both human and canine!
Always feel welcome at Dogtopia. I never worry about my dog when he is there because I feel confident that he is taken care of well. He loves to go there!

Daycare, boarding, grooming (bath and nail trim) I love all the ideas with the photos around the holidays and the fun activities.

Boarding here is great! I love that you provide a protein bowl for lunch, and that my dog gets a great exercise workout at Dogtopia. He loves coming here! The staff is friendly and knowledgeable and try to really accommodate the customer. I didn’t give a ten because of the Dogtopia policies, not the people. Since a half day at Dogtopia is 5 hours, and I wanted to do a combo of half day doggie care and then a groom, I still don’t understand why I was charged for a whole day of doggie day care. The second problem I encountered was in having my dog groomed. When I inquired what the grooming would cost, I was given the price of the bath and the nail clipping but not the actual hair cutting, which, staff told me was up to the groomer, who wasn’t on premises when I was there. Since I have never paid more than $80 for my dog to be groomed, I was shocked at the price tag when I went to pick up my dog—$130! I do think I should have been given a call to let me know if I wanted the Furminator treatment which was an additional $30. I also noted on the receipt that I was charged for a LARGE dog for the bath, but an EXTRA LARGE dog for the Furminator treatment. Which is he? The groomer was excellent and did a great job, but I think you should look at your policies and be more clear about the cost of the grooming and day care. thanks!
