Everyone was kind, professional & well-spoken 🙂 I was very impressed with how knowledgeable & attentive the staff was – it’s obvious y’all love dogs & love what you do! Although the staff & the facilities are wonderful, I don’t like that the animals are alone from 10pm-4am for boarding, even with cameras & a security guard in the general Shops of Park Lane area. In case of an emergency such as a fire or an animal escape or in distress, no one would know 🙁
For this reason, I would utilize your daycare services but will likely board my dogs elsewhere.

Dogtopia Park Lane has been so friendly and transparent about their services and I can tell my dog enjoys her time there (she always comes back happy and ready to rest after a day of playing). We are glad we have a place like this close to home so she can regularly visit.

Dogtopia has a very professional yet loving approach to caring for pets. The atmosphere was warm and friendly to both owner and furry friends. Happy to have an additional place for Chester to socialize!
