The staff is very attentive, Nathan made sure to show me the facilities and give me all the details. It gives me peace of mind knowing that I can see my puppy on the cameras.

The transparency of seeing my dog on camera in any part of the building at any time on any day is HUGE! I cannot be happier with the welcoming staff who seem to know my dog on the very first visit and the courtesy text I received as I forgot my dog in daycare.

I followed Aubrey to Dogtopia. She’s amazing and I love Dogtopia. Everyone is very helpful and friendly.

Everyone was kind, professional & well-spoken 🙂 I was very impressed with how knowledgeable & attentive the staff was – it’s obvious y’all love dogs & love what you do! Although the staff & the facilities are wonderful, I don’t like that the animals are alone from 10pm-4am for boarding, even with cameras & a security guard in the general Shops of Park Lane area. In case of an emergency such as a fire or an animal escape or in distress, no one would know 🙁
For this reason, I would utilize your daycare services but will likely board my dogs elsewhere.
