Treats dogs well. Friendly staff. Can do baths.

They are always so accommodating and super friendly. And most importantly, my fur babies enjoy it there. Hera and Hades approve!

I love that my dog is loved on and has a good time when he’s at Dogtopia. I absolutely LOVE that they have cameras and that puts my mind at ease. He comes home tired out from a full day of play which is perfect for this working mama!

Ever since the new owners took over, the overall experience has improved 1000%! Very much enjoying Dogtopia at the Shops at Park Lane again!

Friendly staff, weekly activities, great hours, great location

I like that there’s always room available. Sometimes my schedule gets a little hectic. If I need to board my puppy at the last minute, there’s always space for her.

We know that our dog will come home from Dogtopia and need a bath – that’s understandable. But lately when we have picked him up, he has smelled much worse that usual. He smells like dog urine very bad!! And even when you walk into the Park Lane location it smells really strong of ammonia. That cannot be good for the dogs or the employees! Again, we understand a slight smell and need for a bath. But this has been exceptionally worse!! It seems as though they are not cleaning up the dog pee regularly.
Hope this is addressed soon or we will be forced to cancel our membership and go elsewhere.
