I have been using you for my 2 Bernese Mountain dogs for overnight boarding for the past several months and I am very happy with the service and care level of the staff. The facility is very clean and well maintained. Communication with me is great. The staff seems genuinely caring and interested in the well being of my dogs. They ask a lot of questions about the dogs and what to do while in their care for feeding, medicine, etc. It is a very organized place and I will continue to use you and recommend you to friends and family.
For feedback, I would like to see the video cameras on 24 hours a day. Is there some reason why the cameras are off sometimes, or even at night? It would be nice to see them, even when they are sleeping. Let me know what you think about this feedback and if there are any plans to upgrade the video cameras for night vision or to 24 hours a day. That would be nice to see!
