Generally speaking, customer service and communication are great. I’ve really appreciated prompt outreach when there was a question or concern about my dogs. Everyone has been friendly and accommodating and my dogs seem excited to be there.

One small area of improvement might be check-in procedures on busy days. I completely understand only allowing one dog/family in the lobby at a time, but there have occasionally been days I’ve waited a long time in a line outside for check-in. Perhaps allowing the boarding form to be completed online in advance and stored so that it doesn’t have to be completed every time a dog boards might increase check-in efficiency.

My dog was tired but happy after a long day of play.

I love the iphone app! It makes scheduling so much easier, and I get to check in on my pup on the webcams too! The staff is also SO loving to every dog I’ve seen them interact with. It’s very clear this place hires the most caring and pet-loving people.

Staff seems to care about my dog & I love receiving photos! I love the daily themes and snack options too.

The staff at Dogtopia are so friendly and helpful! We are always greeted by name when we walk in the door & I can tell my puppy is happy to be there. I appreciate the responsiveness on booking requests, text updates and ability to view the cameras during the day! Everything about my experience has been amazing so far & I am so thankful to have a fun place I can trust to love on my dog while I’m at work!
