Follow through; I was somewhat disappointed that my pet did not get a bath that was agreed upon and paid for.

Better package options. I don’t like paying for days we don’t bring our fur baby in because the package is 4 per month and not 4 visits total. Also, I have often found the cameras not working which is an important aspect of using Dogtopia
They take excellent care of my dog, very compassionate & kind. Otis loves going to DOGTOPIA. He also looks forward to the special treat days.
