I would like if the facility had more suites available and if there were outdoor play areas

When I drop Jackson off I know he is going to be dog tired when he comes home. Glad you guys got the camera working so I can check in on him from time to time. And the boarding process was easy.

Great experience with the team. Our dogs came home happy and tired. We did have a little trouble with the app but they worked with us in the office to figure it out.

Since I have not utilized Dogtopia’s services for several months, I will re-evaluate once I resume services.

I love that Dogtopia Decatur is opened so early and late!

So helpful especially while I work! Love that my pup gets to socialize and play. They have eased many of my fears and have waited late for me to pick my pup up late. My pup gets so excited when he sees me park in front of Dogtopia! He loves it!

All the staff are very friendly and know each of the dogs very well, and they have a lot of different events for the dogs. The hours work very well with my schedule.

I like having access to webcams and the amount of interaction allowed for socializing.

I love the staff here! They’re really friendly and professional, good with the dogs, and the play areas are very clean. I love that they have the web cams so I can check in to see how Bailey is doing. I won’t take her anywhere else! Vicki M.
