The employees are so great! I have been taking my dog here for 2 years and she just loves it. The facility is clean, bright and welcoming. They do lots of activities each month to keep your pup engaged and happy. I never worry about my dog when she is at daycare!
Everything has changed since the new owners took over. None of the people are the same and the level of attention and care has definitely diminished. It’s extremely disappointing. My pup used to go there 4x/week and we are down to 2. I keep hoping that the new owners will understand that these are like our children and it’s a big deal to trust a place enough to leave them in your hands. We are actively searching for new daycare. It’s like the people that work there are not that interested in the dogs. Sometimes I will walk into pick up my pup and there will literally be 5 people (employees) around the desk chatting, getting food – anything but attending to the pups. It’s unfortunate.
Friendly staff, they take time to get to know each dog’s personality, my dog loves going there, and he is very tired when he comes home
Friendly attentive staff who love the dogs! Love the extra touches too that other daycares don’t do (bubble days, lunch snacks, etc).
