All of the staff were both incredibly knowledgeable and personable. They took the time to explain everything to a new puppy parent and were so calm and patient with the puppy herself. Christina did an excellent job on a very nervous squirrelly puppy, no easy feat!

Jackie is an amazing grooming and person. The rest of the staff I’ve encountered have been incredibly friendly and helpful.
The staff is super friendly, and my dog gets so excited to go, which says everything. I love being able to check in on the webcam, and the on-site groomers make it so convenient. Such a great experience all around!
