Absolutely love Dogtopia Downers Grove! They understand how much we love our pups Bailey and Zoey and take such good care of them during daycare, boarding stays, and grooming. It really is the little details for me – they send us photos of our pups when we board them over holidays and always offer special treats on these occasions. They keep us updated and informed and both our dogs love going here. So grateful to have such an amazing team to help us keep our pups happy and healthy

The cut was very even and beautiful. The nails were perfect, the teeth were white and clean.

The staff is extremely friendly and they seem to genuinely care about the dogs. The hours are flexible and the facility is always very clean. I feel my dog is safe there during the day and has a great time.
The services provide variety. Staff will work with you to provide an appropriate environment for your pet.

Carrie is fantastic with Bailey and I started with her when she was at Petsmart and I first had Audrey and then Bailey and Rocky. So in 4/4/22 Audrey 16yrs and 3 month went over the Rainbow Bridge and then 5 months later 9/3/22 Rocky 16yrs and 9 months went over the Rainbow Bridge. So now I only have Bailey and I have been with Carrier for 17 yrs now and she is the only one I would ever take my dog to. Bailey just loves her. Plus I want to thank Carrie for everything that she has done for my dogs. She is fantastic
I always feel like my dog is in good hands when I leave her there.
