Jackie (grooming/spa) is extraordinary. I travel 20+ miles to come to her at Dogtopia DG. She is beyond wonderful at taking care of my super senior pup… and has taken amazing care of him for well over a decade now!
I like your friendly team, the clean facility but mostly I love that my dog loves going there. doesn’t even look back to say good bye.
I absolutely love Christina! She is a diamond within your company! Her abilities to work with the dogs and get done the jobs that need to be done are unlike any other handlers. Her knowledge of k9s reaches well beyond grooming. I trust her judgment in multiple areas regarding my dogs. Her passion for animals shines and reflects in her excellent customer service skills. She goes above and beyond for both her customers and the animals while maintaining her integrity, honesty, work ethic and upbeat spirit!
We are delighted with the great care and beautiful work that Carrie does whenever we bring our dog in for a grooming appointment with her! He always looks so beautiful when he walks out after Carrie works her magic!✨He is a senior dog now and senior dogs need special love and care—and our dog is not the easiest to work with. And it’s only because of Carrie’s extra care, patience and kindness that he trusts her enough to let that beautiful transformation take place! And where this scruffy little old man walks in, a happy handsome little man walks out! Carrie is AMAZING!
Facility is clean. Staff are friendly, helpful and have patience. I have referred many to the Dogtopia in Downers Grove and they are happy as well. I did board once. It turned out well. I was nervous because I have never boarded prior. I feel comfortable if I ever have to board again. Thank you!!
