Friendly courteous staff, cleanliness of the facility.
Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The grooming was done very well and my dog looks great.
I like the friendly way we are greeted as well as our dog when we walk in the door. Safety is the number 1 priority for us and I feel that Dogtopia provides a safe and enriching environment for our dog.

I just use grooming and have known Jackie for a very long time. She’s the best. The other staff at the counter are always very friendly and helpful.

Jackie is no-contest the best groomer I’ve worked with for almost 20 years (multiple cocker spaniels). Her work with my (very) senior pup is always exceptional, including work around some special circumstances with him. Really appreciate Jackie and the team squeezing us in this week after a mix-up with my appointment.
All employees are great with the dogs. Very obvious that they are dog lovers
