The staff have been very helpful to me, while I go thru some medical problems

Carrie is the best!! She takes such good care of our dog and goes above and beyond with checking to make sure things are ok. If they aren’t she lets us know so we can take the issue to the vet.
She also tries so hard to squeeze us into her very busy schedule.
I always feel that our precious pup is in good kind gentle hands with Carrie.

I have only used the dog grooming but Carrienis great! The staff is very friendly and welcoming.

The people here seem to love dogs. Hamilton runs from our car towards Dogtopia when we bring him here, that is the biggest indicator to us that he enjoys his time here. Wish there were more rooms and play areas but overall it is a good value.

The grommer we have had take care of our dogs for a long time. Our boys love Carrie.

I am an employee here, and after working for 2 years I was so excited to finally be able to bring my pup for her meet and greet. after a long time taken to work on her anxiety and get her comfortable with other dogs, she passed!! i’m so happy to be able to bring my dog to work with me, and get to see her make friends with all the other dogs i meet every day! dogtopia downers grove is a great place for your pup to play and come out of their shell, and it’s so rewarding seeing them shine and make our days so fun. dogtopia is the most exciting place!

Everything here is handled in a very professional manner. The associates are courteous & my 2 year old Havanese pup can’t wait to get inside the door. It’s great you can see your pup with their webcam as well.

It’s clear that all the individuals at Dogtopia DG just love their work, which transfers to their care for our dogs. My dog Cody has been attending for just over two years and absolutely LOVES being there.
