Staff want the best for the dogs. They listen to concerns

I have been taking my little Japanese Chin, Holly, to Dogtopia for the last three years that I have
been living in Lombard. I have nothing but good things to say about it. The groomers have
been there for as long as I have been going there. Emma & Kyle are the two groomers I have had and both are excellent and skilled at their jobs. I also like that Dogtopia grooms and boards dogs as well as “play days”…….3 services at one spot!
All the staff are smiling, friendly, and helpful. The facility is huge…..plenty of room for all the activities going on there. Frankly, I’ve never seen a place like it! I highly recommend Dogtopia without any reservations to anyone who read this! The prices here are right in line with other groomers/ boarding facilities have charged me in the past, too.

The grooming is by far the best place my dogs have ever been.

Kyle was very nice with my dog and took awesome care of her. In general, people working there are very kind, approachable and attentive to your dog’s needs.

All the staff was super friendly! Karen was very helpful and listened to my concerns. My dog Cash came home exhausted and was very well cared for during his time there!

My dog looks great when I pick him up. He is clean and his teeth look fantastic as well

We brought our dog Oliver to be groomed. He got a very nice haircut and seemed very happy when I picked him up. I had the pleasure of touring the facility. We plan to bring both of our dogs here for daycare and boarding. The facility was clean and Karen at the front desk was extraordinary. You can tell they really enjoy the fur kids at this place. All the dogs I saw during the tour looked happy. That’s saying a lot for a daycare place since so many of them have popped up over the recent years yet few have truly good staff and an appropriate encvironment for the dogs. See you guys again soon!

I LOVE all the people and canine coaches! They go above and beyond to make daycare the best experience for my dog.

I just wish we could go back to buying a package instead of the membership. It just doesn’t work as well for my situation. Thanks for considering!
