Carrie is the best groomer ever! We love her and so do our dogs!
The groomers are attentive to my dogs needs. Pricing is good.
I brought my dog there for a “Meet & Greet” –it went great! The staff at the front desk/ area was very friendly & a pleasure to talk too regarding my dog—they made us fell very welcome. We then met the trainer/ handler— we went over in great detail what training my dog has had & any concerns / any issues regarding my dog. My dog was there for several hours & I was kept informed about the “Meet & Greet” When I picked up my dog–I was given in full detail of how & what my dog did while there.
My dog has had some socialization & that’s one of several reason why I chose “Dogtopia” in Downers Grove. The “Meet & Greet” went very well & my dog had a good time interacting with the other dogs & even made a BFF😀. My dog came home “Very Happy”. Also—with the video feed APP, I can watch/ see how he is doing while there.
I will be bringing my dog back there for “Doggie Daycare & grooming services, possibly boarding.
I will highly recommend “Dogtopia” to family, friends & any others that have dogs that are looking for a daycare & other services.
Personal, friendly and caring staff. I also love the webcams where I can check in and see how our pups are doing.

All the workers are so friendly and caring to all the dogs, that come in for daycare. I would definitely recommend Dogtopia in Downers Grove to any dog owner that is looking for a place for their dog to stay.
