Great communication, easy scheduling, excellent service

Keeping proper records of vaccines for pets. It’s come up that the facility didn’t have the records for one of my pets, when in fact they did.

Another instance, they thought I was doing a meet and greet for the first time when within that same week I had already done the meet and greet.

Just better track of customers’ information and appointments please 🙂

The Dogtopia Downers Grove staff is amazing – they are always glad to see my dog, and his tail starts wagging as soon as he jumps out of the car. I have used daycare, boarding and grooming services, and I wouldn’t go anywhere else. They know my dog isn’t a morning “person” (like his owner), and can be a little grumpy. The staff takes it all in stride, and when I look on the camera, he has found a quiet area to settle into until he is ready to join the group. Making appointments is very simple with their app, and I usually book three days a week for day care, with an occasional overnight. The staff has taught me a lot about how to take care of my pet. They really love dogs – it’s their passion!

They were very accessible with regards to questions. They were very kind to my dog.

Had our dog Penny in for a Meet & Greet and everyone was so friendly and welcoming. Super easy to set up our appointment. She did great! We will be back. 🙂
