I am blown away with how amazing my sweet poodle Lucy looks after her grooming appointment with Kimberly! Kimberly is absolutely amazingly talented and gave Lucy the BEST haircut she has ever gotten. We have gotten nothing but compliments since her grooming and I have been recommending everyone to call Dogtopia and ask for Kimberly. Kimberly thank you so much!

Staff was very friendly to me and my dogs. The option to have grooming during a daycare day makes things so much easier. When one of my dogs left, the handler in her group gave her a huge hug and it made my day! I am a paranoid mama and to be able to see my girls on the webcams while I’m at work put a lot of ease in my mind! Thank you Dogtopia!

The entire staff was helpful to accommodate our needs for our family visit here in Illinois. It was nice that they all knew and called us and our dog by name, Ginger our dog seemed happy to see the staff and did not seemed stressed at all.
