I love the web cams so I can check up on my dog and watch him play! Also the front door staff and always nice and welcoming.
I was told that one needed to be a day care client to be able to board a pet in the future. Please let me know if that is correct. Otherwise I may need to find a new place for future boarding as we don’t need daycare.
Great staff !! Always helpful and prompt with responding and they are good to my dog.

I like that we can watch the webcam to see how our puppy is doing. I like the event days & fundraiser treats to support good causes. I like that my puppy gets to play in a safe environment with other dogs.
Be more informative of the check in and out procedures
The people are so nice. Max, in particular is super thoughtful and considerate . I travel a lot and feel confident that Winnie is well cared for while I am away . I honestly couldn’t have my job without Dogtopia on my team . Winnie loves swimming every Tuesday and I appreciate the extra exercise it gives her.
