Carie is a great dog groomer!
I own a very people shy Great Dane and they always take time to let her get to know the staff. At other places they kept her separate because of her size but at Dogtopia they have a large dog room where she can thrive. She loves going to “school” and comes home happy buy exhausted.
Making an appointment was easy. Every one was so friendly and great with my dog Isla. She tends to be a bit difficult. The service was quick and efficient.
Cleanliness, friendliness of staff, the way the dogs are given special attention in the wee room. (a little pat, or some petting)
Scooter is a happier dog since attending Dogtopia and gets along better with dogs that we meet when we are out for walks.
We were thrilled with our dog’s first grooming experience, thanks to Kimberly! After a few disappointing encounters in the past, where previous groomers struggled with giving our dog a proper haircut, we were anxious about this appointment. However, to our delight, everything worked out wonderfully. Our furry friend cooperated remarkably well and received the affectionate care he truly deserves. We cannot express enough gratitude for this positive and rewarding experience!
