roll over unused days, send invoices, like you used to.

make sure dogs don’t smell like urine when they come home. They used to get a wipe down, and it seems like that stoped.

Love absolutely everything that you do! Your entire staff is incredibly dedicated and am more than happy about how they handle my dog. We’re going to be long time customers for sure. However, the front desk person Soraya is absolutely horrendous to deal with. My wife and I both feel similarly – she is incredibly difficult to deal with, is not really trying to help, and honestly not sure she even likes dogs. Her “people” manners could use some polishing or coaching through the leadership team. Every single time I utilize the app to notify her that I am picking up the dog, she is incredibly confused and I end up waiting 10-15 minutes in the car with my little kids. It has now been at least a year of her telling me she didn’t get notified and is acting super confused. Otherwise, as I said, absolutely wonderful experience!

Staff is lovely. Communicates well, good practices and love the camera so you can watch your pup!

People. Location. Facility.

I like that everyone staff member truly cares about the dogs. My dog, Nami, has only been going to daycare for about a month and she clearly loves it!

My dog always has a blast and comes home tired. We also love the team (especially Soraya and Madison!) who are always so kind and helpful. The staff and my dog’s experience have never been a problem for us since you have top tier people!

I’m still trying to wrap my head around not being able to roll over days with the weekly enrollment. If the point is to be able to provide consistent staffing and pay, rollover days shouldn’t matter given that the weekly fees would be paid on the same cadence. If the point was predictability, the appointment scheduling system already in place would maintain the same level of predictability.

That’s our biggest frustration — there are some weeks we only need 1 day and other weeks when we need 4 days. I’ve been told in the past that the solution is to go down to 1 day a week and pay for any additional days separately, but this actually ends up being more expensive and felt like a money grab. The most cost effective option on a monthly basis is to just do a higher weekly enrollment, but then there are times I’m taking my dog to Dogtopia on days I’m home in order to not “waste” a day. This has been a pain point since we enrolled and other customers have shared the same with me. We’re still considering canceling our plan here and just hiring a dog walker because it’s such a hassle trying to figure out scheduling and pricing out the different options. An effective solution I’ve seen other places is to have the weekly enrollment plan, but allow customers to “roll over” one day each week as needed. I loved our previous daycare’s monthly enrollment plan where we would pay for a certain number of days and then schedule them throughout the month, but unfortunately our move no longer leaves them as an option. A weekly-basis is just not enough flexibility for people with variable schedules and additional responsibilities.

Upon further consideration, my score would actually be closer to a 7 because we haven’t referred anyone here. Unfortunately, the chosen survey platform doesn’t allow any adjustments.

great customer service and dog is always well cared for and excited to be dropped off

They spend time getting to know you and your dog. This really helps make me feel comfortable leaving my dog with them

What seems to be a genuine caring for the dogs!
