The scheduling process is easy to follow once an account is set up. The staff is always friendly and greet us and Pearl with warm smiles. Pearl can be anxious in certain situations, and we feel that the staff is working hard to try to understand her and help her to become comfortable and confident in this new environment.

everything but wish I could do half day rate into boarding. was told if I drop off tomorrow at 4:30 pm for overnight I still be charged full day for boarding. that does not make sense to me. other than that, everything else is amazing.
