I hope everyone that enters into the Dogtopia front desk area has a tight fitting mask that covers their nose!
I’m looking forward to outdoor play for Zorra but overall, this is a place I would recommend, thank you!
My babies looked amazing
The services are great, the staff are loving and amazing.
Very friendly staff – always take great care of monti
We really appreciated the staff at Dogtopia and can’t wait to bring our pup back!
I was pleased with the services Dogtopia provided. The environment was clean, the staff was friendly, and I liked that I can see my dog on the video cameras throughout the day.
The Grooming services was spectacular. However I have on been there once and I don’t know what the other services are like
I’ve only taken my dog for her meet and greet, and to get her nails trimmed, but so far I’m very pleased!
I couldn’t be more ecstatic about my (and my pup Archie’s!) experience at Dogtopia.
The staff are friendly, energetic, and diligent, providing feedback on your dog’s demeanor and daily activities, also sharing firsthand accounts of their interactions with your pet.
At the entrance, mounted screens show live video of the play rooms, so one can see for themselves how happy and comfortable their dog is, hanging out with all his buddies — this is one of the biggest perks for me, as Archie is a service animal, and I get anxious during the few occasions we are separated. The live feed of the play rooms can be accessed at any time during the day, and this transparency is another super-bonus that reassures me Archie is in the safest, most comfortable environment with responsible experts.
My first experience with Dogtopia was superlatively encouraging; I was overwhelmed by their compassion and effort to accommodate me during an emergency (I was directed by my doctor to go immediately to the hospital emergency room). Because it was our first day with Dogtopia, they helped me assemble all necessary paperwork so Archie could attend the daylong evaluation. In the hospital, I was uncertain and panicky about who would take Archie if I needed immediate surgery. I called Dogtopia (just before I was tranquilized) to explain my situation and provide the name and number of my friend who would come for Archie at the scheduled time. The team there worked with my friend to arrange for overnight boarding, which I learned when I called later, heavily sedated, to make sure Archie was retrieved. The wonderful people at Dogtopia let me know that they would continue caring for my service animal until I was able to pick him up. I started crying with relief and gratitude; I was so stunned by this unparalleled kindness.
Dogtopia came through again when I broke a tooth and needed to rush to the dentist.
I’ll be having surgery soon, and knowing that the Dogtopia team will be taking care of my best friend in the world (and life preserver) is the perfect reassurance before the procedure.
The warmth and dedication of this team exudes from every conversation and action they take. Even the desk, the monitors, and the playrooms demonstrate professionalism and a commitment to excellence. Honestly, there is no one I trust more to take care of my dog.
