It’s accessible and easy to get my pup there. She has so much fun and always comes home a happy tuckered out pup!
My dog was a little “sticky” due to the ongoing flooring issue. Also, I saw on the webcam that the dogs in Romper were not all released from the crates until about 3pm. The cameras were turned off at 12pm so the dogs were likely crated for well over two hours, which is what we are told is crate time. But the staff is great and my dog had fun.
What a friendly, engaging staff. You guys really care about the dogs and it shows.
I like the Dogtopia downtown DC management and its outstanding team that work with professionalism and full heart taking care of our doggie and each and all of the other dogs.
When boarding or day care, we monitor our little one on the camera, When something worries us, the staff always reply to our questions giving us back peace of mind.

Everyone is so friendly and I really feel like they know and care about my dog. I don’t bring him on a consistent schedule but they still never fail to recognize him and love on him. He is older and gets nervous sometimes and I can tell he really likes to come visit.
My husband and I were going on a fun weekend in DC and brought our dog. We transferred our information from our normal location to them so our Puppy could have a good day in DC Dogtopia, while we explored. Sending everything over took minutes. As soon as we walked in we and our pup felt welcomed! The staff was sociable and caring for the needs of us and our pup. We will definitely return next time we take a weekend trip to DC.
