The staff – they truly care about your pets and it shows. I feel like I’m dropping off my dog with friends or family members.

Everyone who works at Dogtopia of Downtown DC is so kind and loving to my pup, and they take *such* good care of him. They have lots of fun events and activities to keep him entertained and happy, and I have such peace of mind that he’s receiving the very best care anytime he’s there. I love Dogtopia because my dog LOVES Dogtopia.
Staff is attentive and clearly care about the dogs. I forgot to bring my dog’s meds when I dropped him off for boarding and the person at check in asked about his medication. If they hadn’t asked, my dog would’ve gone a whole weekend without his meds!

I love the care and attention my baby receives whenever she is at Dogtopia. The staff are knowledgeable about each pet and their needs, supporting, nurturing, and keep you abreast of current situations and events. They treat each pet as if she/he is their own. My baby loves going because it also gives her an opportunity to see some of her old BDFs (Best Doggy Friends) and make new ones.
I love the all in one appeal… dog spa, day care and boarding services. Plus the staff is amazing!
