I knew that I had Madison to the right place when I was greeted by the friendliest people who had a “dog person” shirt on. I enjoyed how treated her with such consideration, instead of looking at her like another number. This was the first time we took Madison to daycare and she had the best time of her life!

The friendly and responsive service. The care and attention I know our pup is getting at every visit. When we say “Dogtopia” to our pup he starts squeaking and wagging his tail. The only minor suggestion I have is ensuring there is someone at the front desk at all times. There have been a couple occasions when I’ve arrived to drop-off or pick-up and have had to wait for 5-10 minutes before someone returned to the desk to help. On one occasion I waited 15 minutes so I left and came back later.

I like how they take care of my dog needs when she’s in there care.

Convenient location with reasonable prices

The staff are very friendly and it’s clear they really care about all of the puppies!

the staff – when I drop my pup off at daycare/boarding, she always wags her tails and tries to give the staff members kisses. My dog’s reaction tells me that the staff treat her right and for that reason, I love bringing my dog to Dogtopia

The people who work there are so kind and my dog is so happy to go there.

Dogtopia is my pup’s second family (and all of his very best girlfriends)! He absolutely loves being there, and we’re so grateful to have such a safe, fun, loving place to take him when we’re at work or away on a trip.

Staff are excellent. The weekly plan is inflexible and frustrating, especially as someone who often has business travel on short notice. I’d take my dog to daycare more if I didn’t get a price penalty or risk losing money. The ten day pass was far better.

Personalized care for my dog and availability via text message. I also like the convenience of flexibility regarding daycare and boarding.
